Who you'll be working with.

Workcrux was founded by Mark Lyman. As Chief of Staff to multiple executives, he's been close to the hardest, highest-stakes decisions and learned how to drive tangible value in an increasingly complex, fast-shifting world.

That experience shapes how we work. We don't come in with rigid frameworks. We come in with the ability to figure out what's actually going on, and the judgment to know what to do about it.

We work with individuals and organizations at inflection points. Right now that's mostly AI. Tomorrow it'll be whatever's next. Whatever the problem, its crux is always the part where help is needed most.
